Help with wallpaper

i took this screen while playing mgs2substance...can sumone fix it up and stuff so i can use it as a wallpaper?

If it's just croping and resizing, you can just use ms paint

no its the size i want, but it looks crap:P, one of u psp master should be able to spuc eit up maybe?

Use some FSAA and run at the resolution your desktop is. When you paste it into whatever program you use, don't use JPEG compression, use BMPs for wallpapers.

*MGS:S dosent support FSAA

You can always go for certain types of looks that don't require detailed images, like the attached image. It's easily to do with Photoshop's stock patterns and a few layers.
