whats with all these "accidental" triple posts lately? i'm thinkin ngemu 2.0 has some bugs

Ifound that a couple of times the site slows down for a bit and causes some double and triple posts. I think I might re set the time limit to 60 from 30 if this continues.

but then if you change the settings, people will require more time to post the same number of replies/topics as it is now
