Heres my new avatar that I made last night. I used Nestopia and Photoshop to make it. I think anyone who has played Duck Hunt has felt like doing this at some point and time

i think if you take it down a few frames you'll be able to fit it...

I took about a little less than half of the frames out and reduced the amount of colors so I was able to knock it down to about 12kb. Any more optimization and it will start looking bad.

actually, i think you should take out the entire "the cloud of smoke" sequence. i mean come on, you have to look like a quarter of an inch upwards to see your name. i never understood why people put their names in their avatars and signatures...not like it says your username right next to all your posts or anything

I could take out some of the duck sequence and the name at the end out. I usually put my name in the avatar so it will take a little bit longer for someone to steal the avatar (I've had it happen before). They would have to edit it and then upload it online again. If I didn't put the name on it, all someone has to do is just link to the url to where it's hosted at. But I'll take it out to spare the few extra kbs.
