Finding avatars is no fun, it's much more fun to make them yourself. Either shrink down a pic that you like, or cut a piece off. Maximum size for an avatar is 65x65 pixels, and file size has to be under 15kb.

Actually, maximum avatar size has been increased to 85x85 pixels. I dont remember if the size limit has been increased as well tho.
