Ah, I hardly made anything at wallpaper size because my B5 tablet is too small to paint anything big/serious, and uh, I suck at doing backgrounds. XD

I think this Kingdom Hearts 2 fanart is my only work that is wallpaper sized(1024*768), it is one of my first few attempts to cg though, so it is quite crappy.

There is also this and this that can be cropped to that size, but they have blank backgrounds, they are old, sketchy and plain ugly. ;p

After lots of sheets gone to the trash, I sketched something randomly, and after a little while, I got this.
It still needs to be retouched, fix and polished a lot. Some construction lines are still showing too, but I wanted to post it before going to bed so I could get (useful) comments from you guys

Update: Shadowed hair and right ear added in 2nd pic

I'll see that later, but it personally didn't shock me much, Jennifer Garner also has hers standing out and she still looks nice :>

BTW, I'm planning to color it digitally once done, that's why I need advice.
It could be a nice wallpaper if I do it correctly

Actually I didn't even try, lines came naturally this way. But I have the opposite problem, I find it harder to draw anime/comic style cause even though it's simple, it kinda breaks RL rules :/

Haha better.... I thought you had the other one completely hidden by hair.... I think the angle of the right ear still looks a bit wrong though. Maybe the chin is a bit too pointy too... though that might be intentional.... that is a very minor complaint though.

I did this in about 30 minutes in Photo****. It made it to help an online friend with some vector stuff. Meh, it's not worthy enough to go on my DA page so I thought I might as well post it here since I was about to throw it in the recycle bin. Anyways, I gotta catch up to the other artists on the forum.

It makes a nice looking XP icon though.

@Mr. Killjoy: i wish i can draw realistic stiff like that too -_-, i tried a couple when i was in highschool lonh ago, in our drafting class but it doesnt look good lol, mebbe i just dont like sticking too much on rules hehe...

I don't like either, ironically, it's harder to break rules to have cool results than to follow them :/ That's why my anime-ish stuff rarely looks good, or is half-anime, half-realistic... kinda like korean drawing style.
