ive been drawing ever since i was a kid too

ive won a few art awards and have had some pictures in a gallery but i think i need to get some photographs and start practising from real sources to improve. I improved the most about 4-3 years ago, that was when i had boring classes and would just start drawing things in class, the last 2 years though ive actually paid attention in school so i could get better marks... so the lesson is not to pay attention to school/teachers and just draw

I wish i had some more helpful art teachers though, most of them teach about sculpting and painting, i just wanna learn more about how things should look

Yes, popuri is better in terms of drawing, no doubt about it. I rather do sketches for something I want to build in 3Ds or something nowadays

But I believe that if you reached a certain level of skill, it doesn't matter anymore how good you are, just how much time you can spend on a project to determine the quality of the outcome ... not that I'm at that point yet

I think if there was an award for the worst drawer I would easily win. I am no artist. In fact I was the only person that I know of that almost failed an art class. My teacher describe my "work" as crap but she had enought sympathy for me to let me pass the class.

Actually it is a character design for that NGEmu RPG which died a couple of years ago, I named him Evil Squall (my old nick). Totally redesigned him though.

umm, a little weird

here's my newest concoction, just made it today morning, these are characters for a webcomic i came up with, and if i ever choose to make it it will have these characters

Darko: Thats me, darko is my first and last names spliced together, in the webcomic im a college-bound graphic artist who reviews games on the side
Jerry: The super-intelligent rabbit, also nicknamed Mog like the final fantasy 6 moogle who could speak english, he's a great programmer too
Sal: The brawn of the operation, his full name is Salmon Sylva, and he likes to smash things and play sports games

Together they make up Game Pursuits, a team of game reviewing vigilantes for which this webcomic is (or would be if i decided to make it

) named

oh, and final note, the ages of the characters are, darko: 18, Sal: 19, Jerry, 9

EDIT: well... since nobody responded i guess i shouldnt make a new reply... i ended up making a pc version of the first char... im gonna do a pc version of the rabbit next i think, dont know when though, right now im testing out different ways of colouring, and i think i went overboard with the colour burning
