That's so weird. is the tualtin core THAT good? BTW, I wonder how an OC'ed P3 Tualatin would do...Anyway, damn cooliscool, I give you mad props, your system as a whole ownz...

Hehe, it's true. The tualatin core is the absolute best core for any CPU I've seen. Now, if other cores could be more like the tualatin..

Not to gloat though. I'm also suprised with the results, but I won't argue. I'll benchmark more extensively and post it. SzL, this thread kicks ass.

Xinu0: Yeah, Much more real life effect this way. I love it. The Saitek P2500 is a frickin awesome pad too. Best I've ever owned.
Hey I got the exact same Saitek pad . Only something's happened to mine that slightly irritates me. The thing wont light up anymore, and it makes me mad cause blue's my favorite color and it looked sweet. But it plays all my games fine. I never used rubber bands while operatin on the inside of my rig, but I suppose that I should.

Haha, yeah. The blue does look cool as hell. Shouldn't be too hard to fix.. just take it apart. Should be self explanitory from there.. BTW.. I love your avatar.. Auron is such a badass.

That's a nice CPU...Be nice to have one on a mini-itx board, but that would cost so damn much, lol.
Why did they put out P4s if P3 Taulatins kick so much ass?
Jst marketing I guess...

Accually you know that Intel got scared cuz their low-end celerons with 256kb L2 Cache were raping P4 willamettes in benchmarks and performance. I might upgrade my Dad's PC to a Celeron Tualatin 1.4ghz since it's a Dell Optiplex GX1 with the Slot 1 intelBX chipset, and you know those are REALLY awesome at upgrading to coppermine and tualatin CPUs with the right adapters. BTW, w00t my new mobo should be here tomorrow according to the FedEx tracking! They say it's coming the 21st but the estimated delivery date is always 1 day off according to my other newegg.com orders. Finally! AGP!!!!!!! Pinch me

Oh. Well as soon as I find a scredriver small enough, I'll do that. As for my avatar, I have Yeloazndevil to thank for that. To stay on the topic, here are some pics of the case I got a few days ago. It came in two days early, two hours early.

Edit: Can't attach jpg's for some reason. If you want to see my case click here.

Well I took apart the controller, the cable was still plugged in, so I unplugged it, then plugged it back in. Still doesnt work. I may just have to buy a new one.

Try uninstalling your drivers then re-installing them, it worked for me when I had that problem.

I also tried that, but i dont guess it'll hurt to try again. Also, can someone tell me what fan would go best with this heatsink?

Edit: Just found this fan , will it fit on there?

Yep, though it's probably louder than (prepare for cliche) a 747 taking off.
