-RAM - OCZ Reaper HPC Edition 4GB (2 x 2GB) 240-Pin DDR2 SDRAM DDR2 800 (PC2 6400) Dual Channel Kit Desktop Memory Model OCZ2RPR800C44GK
-BURNER/READER - LG Black 22X DVD+R 8X DVD+RW 16X DVD+R DL 22X DVD-R 6X DVD-RW 12X DVD-RAM 16X DVD-ROM 48X CD-R 32X CD-RW 48X CD-ROM 2MB Cache IDE 22X DVD±R DVD Burner
-INTERNET CARD - ASUS WL-138g V2 IEEE 802.11b/g PCI Wireless Adapter Up to 54Mbps Wireless Data Rates 64/128-bit WEP WPA2 (including 802.1x, TKIP, AES)
-CPU FAN - ZEROtherm Nirvana NV120 120mm 2-ball UFO Bearing / Transparent CPU Cooler

Sound card will be one of the X-Fi Auzentech cards, which will head its way here soon.
I will hide the middle cord (front panel sound) when the sound card is here.

The CPU fan does not like the heat sink of the RAMs so I have to turn the back exaution fan to a intake fan, so I will have to get some filters.

The only thing I question, even though it may not matter much, is why use IDE and not SATA for the optical drive? It adds to clutter with that big cable.

Otherwise, it's a pretty nice, balanced, well rounded mid-high range PC.

1024x768? Why?

If it's actually 1280x1024, that's 5:4, not 4:3. In other words, it's even further displaced from the growing widescreen standard than the old 4:3 standard is. It makes a good ratio for internet use on smaller resolutions though.

Lastly, there's a slight chance it's 1400x1050 (that is 4:3)? That was common on older 20" LCDs though, but not so much now. That sort of transitioned and was replaced by it's widescreen match, 1680x1050.

Given the size, I'm guessing 1280x1024.

Also, have fun with it. That appears to be from the time when Dell's monitors were among the best LCDs (they're not quite as good as they used to be as far as I know).

Yeah, I discovered soon afterward that it's actually 5:4. Have had it on 1280x1024 for a long time now.

Wow really nice. I love how clean and tidy you kept it inside with all the wires/cables.
