Nope it never came with the funnel, and I think it's either 90mm or 92mm.

I so hate going to fry's. it seems to take forever to get to the one on thunderbird.

I've only been to a Fry's once (the one sxamiga goes to), the prices seemed to be pretty reasonable. I only got some canned air, an AT PSU and an USB hub though, no CPU's/motherboards .

well i dunno about higher end mobos, like an ABIT, ASUS, DFI, etc etc, but they have excellent deals on mid and low range mobos like Albatron and ECS, especially in combos.

the weird thing is, they have EVERYTHING, even household appliances, car stereos, music, movies, and the one in San Jose even has a little restaurant

Hushy: LOL, Little Restaurant? That's cool! You can chill and eat a burger after you buy your Albatron mobo and P4. Hehe

The one in Sacramento sells stereos, appliances, etc. but I don't think it has a restaurant in it.

Zeke_D: That motherboard seems like it's pretty good and I think $80 for an Intel motherboard is pretty good .

zeke_d: looks great man, wow that's cheap for an intel mobo, and it looks like a good one too (DFI is trustworthy, so i've heard)

just one question: why are you going the Intel way? IF you are short on cash or want to save a bit, AMD is the way to go ...but for more money, an Intel system is probably faster.

SzL: yeah, it's a crappy little place, i've never actually had a real thing from there, but we've gotten sodas and similar stuff there...

It actually doesn't matter, I cant afford anything anyway. I will just have to suffer with the willy untill I am walking down the street and see a northwood or Athalon system in the dumpster that I can salvage As much as I hate the sluggishness of my current cpu/MB It will be several years until I can afford something new.

Come on Zeke... it's not that bad at all. Just look at my system!! I just bought my Celly 366 today for $10 and have it running at 550Mhz. I am very happy with my system and see no reason to spend any more money on it. That's largely due to the fact that I am in a similar situation as you are, no money to spend on it. Don't you dare say your system is sluggish or let anyone else say that... I'm running XP pro and my system is hardly sluggish. It does exactly what I need it to do right now.. Sure I would like to be able to play all my Playstation and MAME games at full speed... But I have plenty of older games to play as well as real life to keep me busy until I can get a new mobo, cpu, and ram. Try to look at the bright side!

Well, It isn't sluggish except for one game I play. But I play it a lot, so it bugs me. Plus I have noticed some artifacting in Sim City 4. I don't remember the artifacting from my GF2 days though...

Does your FX5600 have the auto-detect overclock working?

Esturk: LoL, that Celeron was the shnizno back in the day. I wouldn't mind having one as a back up now, very good overclocking CPU.

Haha yeah it is.. Apparently the 366 PPGA was the next overclocking king after the 300A. Most 300A's did 450Mhz at default voltage, and most 366's do 550Mhz at default voltage like mine. Who knows what I'll get next... I definately would like to get one of the 100Mhz S370 Coppermine Pentium III's, and jack up the FSB to 133Mhz or higher. My motherboard has all FSB increments from 66Mhz ~ 192Mhz. It's a crazy motherboard...
