To my knowledge, If you go on the Atkins, u take in a minimal amount of carborhydrates and a maximum amount of fat and protein. This causes the body to use up the fat, which is the secondary source of energy.

I only ever had a fishfillet/fries coke from mcdonalds never anything else, I dunt really know what the burgers are like.

Some of em are nice, others are plain bad. The Chili Chicken burger is quite good, for one euro that is And the Quarter Pounder tastes a lot better than the Big Mac. Yeah, we did a little test last night (it was concert time again )

It's better to make your own hamburger using fresh onions, bacon, cheese instead of plastic, lettuce, tomatoes, pickles and other ingredients you like.

Btw, not a picture of myself, but of the wasteland we created yesterday

So they had a reason to introduce the overpriced big mac you were eating

Some years ago, before the euro , we went to MD because it was cheap, nowadays, even that is not the case anymore

i thought the euro was supposed to help :/ in America there is a lot of stuff on the dollar menu (not just at mcD, at a lot of places), so you can get a lot of stuff (like small burger, or drink, or at other places, like a taco) for 1 dollar (like .83 euro).

They really screw you over at McDonalds here.. they ask like Do you want ketchup or mustard or mayonese... why not.. ? well each of these costs extra but they don't mention that until you have said yes and are about to pay.

wow, i thought they were the same everywhere. i've been to mcdonalds in US, canada, and Japan, and it was essentially the same. i mean, the menu is a bit different, and of course i had to order in Japanese when i was in japan...but everything was the same. sucks to hear about your guys' experiences...now more of a reason to hate them, eh?

but look on the bright side, if you guys ever visit the US, you can have all that crappy food for much, much less

It has been scientifically proved that people should feed according to their blood type .
Same food can be good for one but totally not indicated for anther .
So find out yours and look for what's good for you.
I doubt Mcdonalds has anything you need . All that meat, fat stuff and condiments..ughh .

I make the meanest sandwich in the western world. Mayonaisse, lettuce, tomatoes, bacon, honey roast ham, smoked sausage, potato scone, gherkin, and ketchup. A good ol' Scooby Doo sandwich.

The sad thing is, that since I used to work there I actually know how much the different "components" (lol) of an "item" cost. (I'll be damned if I call that stuff food - a "cheeseburger" costs £0.18 to "manufacture".) I prefer Burger King... even though the **** remains the same.
