Sorry, lol. I was talking about the eBay item, not that you haven't posted a picture. Just the fact that the item had a stock picture and no real description.

Paratech, I think bobrocks meant more along the lines of there's no proof what's being sold exists/exists in acceptable condition to sell, not that you're being lazy not showing the real thing.

Exactly. Fortunately the seller's feedback checks out and you should be fine.

I try to give benefit of the doubt to sellers, out of over 240 "wins", I think I've been screwed 2-3 times where i didn't get my money refunded and 3-4 where I got some or all of my money back. Even if you count 8 times, out of over 240 good transactions, you're talking less than 3% bad sales and 1/2 of them were at least partially refunded.

Look at what came in the mail today? I was wondering where the road runner was, after all 48 hours from Washington to Pennsylvania...Wow...

BTW, it's yellow, why the scanner has the color as two tone, is beyond me.

Damn, that Mario 3 cartridge was freaking dirty on the contacts, it took two double sided q-tips with isopropyl rubbing alcohol to fix them, and man were those q-tips dirty when I was done, but the 2 hours of Mario 3 gaming I put in was fantastic, better than most modern games, even though I'm equally hooked on Devil May Cry 4 at the moment.

Still, I wish it had a password system or save states, between emulation and the Super NES all stars pack, I've been spoiled on saves. I really hated to shut down in the middle of level 4, but I was getting tired of playing the game, and yeah, I cleared every single stage in World 1-3...

I'm also not used to a NES controller anymore and killed many Marios with poor control on the NES pad, I'm used to playing NES games with a Playstation controller.

The GBA Super Mario is sweet, I hope to buy it some day!

I'm a sucker for bargains, the who group of gameboy/color games were $12 + tax and Warhammer was $1.50. I was able to register Warhammer but I haven't tried to see if it will let me play online yet, I'm still barely in the tutorial.

Went out to buy BurnOut Paradise today.

And had to choose between Prince of Persia, Spiderman - Web of Shadows and Pure in order to get a packet (the shop I usually buy from does not have any packets so I usually go to another shop and buy either a game or some blank CDs or something to get a packet and then go to my regular shop). I chose Prince of Persia (although that was the most expensive game out of the three and the most expensive game I bought today.

Then when I went to buy BurnOut I saw that DMC4 and Red Alert 3 were on special, so I bought those as well.
DMC4 is a VERY VERY VERY out of character purchase for me, even more so than Mass Effect, I mean it has Devil in it's name FFS, the only two games with worse names are Diablo and Messiah. Just after all the raving about how well it ran, all the beautifull pics as well as me not really having many PC games of that type and being offered the price of $20 I just could not resist.

Red Alert 3 was also on special for what converts to $20. And I was even pleasantly surprised that the shop had the extra preorder disc so I also got RA2 out of it (I had lost my one disc so this is great).

Quite a nice amount of stuff to get for $20.

Best thing out of all of this is that all of the cases were covered in plastic so I did not have to ruin any of them by pulling off the labels like I did with the other games I bought. I had to take DMC4s cover off though and fold it and put it in the case to further decrease it's chances of detection on top of the hiding I am already doing.
Also one thing which I will say for Ubisoft and Capcom is their cases are good, they have those push-down buttons to remove the disc. EA on the other hand however has those horrible cases with a solid piece of plastic in the middle making it a 50-50 chance whether you get the disc off fine or crack it in half.

I'm not into C&C that much, but the other three games are ones I like. I have DMC4, and will probably pick up PoP and BPU eventually. Congratulations on the great deals...

Spyhop I am sure I will if the next game is of the same caliber. Pity that Capcom has already announced their dissapointment over sailes though and my purchase will not change that.
Next time they should probably leave a mockup of what I think, at least at this stage, is the final battle out of the performance test of their games. The entire thing felt like watching a spoiler rather than a benchmark. Game does indeed run great though, I think the lowest I saw during the entire benchmark was 61.25FPS and I only saw that for a second and that's with the game maxed at 1280x1024.

So far I like RA3 as well...although I have yet to really get into it, just had time for the first tutorial and to watch the movie. Some actors are far too english...I mean Tim Curry is nowhere near being able roll his 'R' the way a true Ruskie does.
Also the girls are badly overdone, which makes it feel a bit cheap. Aside from that however it looks like it will be a great game. What I prefer about Red Alert to SupCom is that all the units and sides have far more individuality. Red Alert has never aimed for realism though, it's always aimed for over-the-top fun.

BurnOut is smooth as butter.
