I have no idea why they rated bleem higher than ePSXe. However, it does appear the rating's old (but still, ePSXe 1.2 was better than bleem). BTW, I put in the different image because the site you got that from has roms.

I find that to be one of Pete's best fairy tales. And yes, the evidence is very convincing.

By the way

Which statement?

I mean that you initially had a screenshot with the entire site, and the site in question was illegal, so I cropped it to only the table of ratings.

I think that rating scale is rather old and it's based on downloads.. Back then, people knew more about bleem.. So more people downloaded it..

Yeah, same here. I first got into psx emulation when a friend of mine lent me his Bleem! CD. Tekken 3 was the first psx game I played emulated on my computer. However, when I tried playing PE it wasn't all that good, the graphics were nice but it wasn't accurate enough. That's when I heard of VGS and tried it out and it was perfect! Then I forgot all about Bleem! and used VGS for every psx game. I only got into epsxe when FF9 came out. I wanted to play but VGS didn't work in it (the FF9 patch came along some time later) and I heard epsxe could run it. However, unlike most people here, epsxe hasn't replaced VGS for me. I still use it for a lot of my games. I mainly use epsxe for 3D games.

Talking

well, back then bleem was the way to go, IMHO. It was nicer than ePSXe 1.2.0 - at least in the computers I tried at the time

then again, I might be mistaken

I have a dual-boot system with Win2k and 98 for two reasons. 1. to play VGS with some of those 2D games I have cause It plays them so much nicer than epsxe in my opinion. 2. To use Kahn and play Descent 2 multiplayer games(But I haven't used it in such a long time).
