Will Gekko be able to run Beyblade Super Tournament Battle

I wanted to know if the new version of Gekko emulator will be able to play Beyblade Super Tournament Battle.I also wanted to know since we can't play Gamecube game disc's on PC CD/DVD drive how will we be able to emulate games on The New Gekko?
