Lightbulb One small idea^^ I am just thinking

Why dosen't do the emulator boot able it will give the computer more power 2 use and rase the fps. I should be able to do a emulator that works like geekbox ( a livecd linux distro that only can play media files and is like 10mb big). But it will be more programing and harder programing but i think it should be wort it. The thing you need 2 think of is that it should be compatible whit fat and ntfs partions. And easy 2 install. But this is just i idea. But would be quite nice if it should work in the real. Maybe do a mod on dsl (Damn Small Linux) adding some more grafik options and a emu.

That is my idea post what you think but don't be 2 happy im in a computerschool but I ant good in programing.=(

wow, that was engrish from advanced classes.

what i think you are trying to say is make a small operating system build to run the emu on cos itll take less power. I can tell you now, been thought of (and some more humerous ones) and it will make little to no difference.

Yeah some things like that but like you sad that will not give any big improvements. What about doing the Emulator like an os? Wouldn’t that do any difference?

And sorry for my bad English:P

No. Gamecube emulators aren't slow because of OS overhead.
