Missing render-texture extension

I keep getting the message "Missing render-texture extension" whenever I try to run any game.

Any clues on how to fix this?

i think it mean's you don't have an OGL card that supports this

WGL_EXT_extensions_string
WGL_EXT_swap_control

what's your graphics's card?
