:newbie: Ok so im a noob in GC emulation and i go to open up the emu and it makes the fast dos screen. now ive read a few other posts that said try using run in start menu and does the same thing. I have also tried the frontend it went way over my head i opend it and there was all the options and stuff and cant figure it out and so i exit and try to start the emu again it does same thing please help

Try GCEmu Launcher you just have to place the downloaded .exe into the same dir as the emu, run the frontend and select the game you want to play and press 'Launch Game", it cant really get much easier then that.
Also this is not a problem with GCEmu its a problem with your DOS skills.
