Also, I don't think Halo is over. They'll do something with it...at least use the engine to power another game that's supposedly different yet strikingly similar. |

MMOFPS Halo *could* be fun, but it wouldn't because of the dumbass little kids.

![]() Anyway, I bought Halo 3 yesterday. It's not bad, but I still think Halo 1 was a better game.

CTF would be a bit insane too. (I imagine it as the two bases being miles apart.)

I miss playing Halo 1 on XBConnect and XLink Kai. Back then it seemed so cool doing something "that I wasn't supposed to be able to do". Noone plays it anymore though.

I've been thinking about it, and Halo does have a few good things, but mostly, I think the fun in Halo come from the WACKY physics in multiplayer, the fast action and ect.
I mean, Halo wouldnt be half the fun it is without the near-flying warthogs, from the awesome grenades and ect... So, what does Halo need? A Crysis Mod! After all, what game would be better to receive a fan-made mod? Crysis got the gfx, crysis got, more importantly, the PHYSICS, and to top it all off, the cryengine is completely awesome to work with. The physics in Crysis would make it easy to replicate the feeling from Halo physics, and the destroyable environnement is a nice bonus on top of that. I really think a fan-made Halo Mod would be perfect for Crysis, the engine fits perfectly, and it would better than Halo 3 multi. |
