How to play NTSC games on PAL PS2

So today i bought Sony PS2 SCPH-77004, and i also grabbed a couple of PS2 games without knowing that my console supports PAL where my games were NTSC.

After wasting 2 hours on google i found that the only way to play NTSC games on a PAL PS2 is to get the console chipped, but i need to know that is there any other way to play the games without getting my console chipped ???
May be the game could be converter from NTSC to PAL ???

Plzzzz someone help !!!

There are also bootdiscs that allow cross-region gaming, they don't work with a 100% guarantee, but usually they'll get the job done. I think it was called "Swap Magic."

yes it is swap-magic.

Welcome to Swap Magic 3 Official Web Site

The other advantage of swap magic apart from being region free, you can boot backups of your games from DVD-R's and CD-R's. Worth a try and very good. Another thing is that you can boot from USB's n stuff. Very cool.

There's only like 2 games that don't work with it,

dvd dual layer discs don't work, everything else does
IIRC GT4 and Rogue Galaxy are dual layer

You purchase it, it's a commercial product.

You could also try and find NTSC-PS2... They're sometimes found on private sellers who bought them elsewhere, got bored and then resell it... Like E-bay but you could check your local sites first.

PS:And for threads sake read the rules...

swap magic is cheap and well worth the purchase Manish,

you can't use swap magic without the included slide tool or magic clips anyway

Edit: well technically you can
I have used an action replay 2 and a slim knife hundreds of times
......I'm hardcore me

Manish, read the bloody rules, we've said it time and time again in this thread that we do not support warez/downloads for commercial items. If you can't buy it you're out of luck, we will not help you to an illegal copy of a nice tool. Personal problems or not. I suggest you edit your post before a moderator does so, we do not tolerate links to such torrents. This can get Emuforums in problems.
