digimon world dusk: impmon via digivolve

i actually have a pagumon and want to digivolve it to impmon but in the info it says that lv 15 is required and at s-exp of pagumon the max lv shown is 12.
so how do i get impmon?

what is with this link? if you want me to look at the game-guide, there are only the conditions for digivolve but my problem is that pagumons max lv is 12 and i need lv15 for impmon. or is it only possible by scan-data or eggs?

now i'm having the same problem i want a gomamon from poyomon and mx level is 10 but i need 11 for goma mon so is there a way to increase max lvl or where can i scan data gomamon

you need to keep on down grading(re-evolve) and evolving to get the max level up

You have to degenerate your digimon,and with each degeneration your digimon gets more aptitude and it's much stronger.
