looking good
now i'm defiently glad i have a 360. NG sigma looked good but it was just another port which didn't exactly encourage me to get a ps3 since i already have Ninja Gaiden and NG Black for xbox.

because the xbox 1 version wasn´t really impresive..... many ninja gaiden fans where disappointed somehow(including me)..
and the ps3 version is just a remake/port of a crapy game(my opinion). they should create real ps3 games and not stup** ports because the ps3 need them now more than ever.

It just borrowed from the Ninja Gaiden game on the XBox. IMO, it was quite good for a game... though it could be a lot better.Edit: And it may just be me... but those Ninja Gaiden 2 shots somehow look inferior to Sigma...?

The shots posted look pretty bad. Maybe gameplay will be fun.

The game was officially announced, the guy behind the game said that with the power of the 360 he will be able to implement features that he couldnt keep in the original (xbox1) version of the game. So we're definitly have more things in the game then previously, which is nice.
The game looks nice, I don't doubt that the gfx are gonna be pretty awesome, and the real power of such a game comes from the animation and the speed, you don't want the game to slow down even a little. They're trying to make the best action game possible, and if what was said up to now about the game from the guy behind it stay true, it should be a great action game. They made one hella awesome game on the Xbox, so it's definitly something to look forward to. |

I don't think the problem is bad graphics I think the problem is that they are not "polished" graphics. I respect any game from any era that has solid gameplay and "polished" graphics. Take pac-man for example. "Polished" graphics and solid gameplay. Now imagine some of those other games that had horribly placed blocks and a non-intuitive interface that tried to push the system to its limit but failed because its graphics were not polished. (can't think of any of hand since I never bothered to play em)

Well, they worked on so many different version of the first NG for xbox and all the ports/remake of it, they probably know what needs to be polished to make it fine, it makes a long time since I played the first, I think it was pretty fine in that aspect, but I really don't remember a lot about it.
The guy said they're aiming to make the top action game, with that ambition, they'll probably do everything they can to make it polished and feel intuitive and fluid/smooth. The first NG on xbox was already kinda considered one of the top action game when it was released (maybe not THE top, but one of them), so the guy is talking big, but I suppose he's really trying to do the best. |

Theres a video you can download off Xbox Live, it's not very long and I dont think its in game. IGN has better photos of it. I hope it isn't all button bashy again, visuals and gore looks good though.
