sadly theres no demo or trial-version. i was looking for one as well b4 John Aiton told me about the free weekend last week.

the game really isn't that hardware demanding.

at the very-least, you PC should be able to run it at low settings.

the game is even built off the 3-yearold Half-life Source engine, so its old technology

Yeah, but now my new laptop plays it crappy, even with the lowest settings on. That's why I haven't been on lately. It skips and the framerate is too annoying. I was going to try installing XP on this new laptop and see if performance was better, but the drivers available for this laptop only work on Vista. So I'm stuck with using Vista now.

Yup you do, I can see them in your profile (when clicking on your name).
I think you lose points mostly because you died, a lot .
(you may not get enough points for how you played tho, I think healing itself doesn't get points + assists-kills from healing weren't counted)

(if we don't lose points for deaths, or if the score isn't influenced at all by the kill/death ratio, then I guess your stuff isn't counted entirely)

I finally got a keyboard that accepts more than 2-3 key presses at once depending on which keys are pressed.

I'm probably still gonna get owned by emwearz though. I'm suprised my kill/death ratio against thanakil isn't something to be ashamed about. Its about 45 kills to 52 deaths against him.

I'm still under shock that I didn't belt my girlfriend a few times while playing. Man she annoyed me the whole ****ing time I was playing. Bickering and watching me. Also just to let it be known, I HATE people watching me do things over my shoulder while playing a game or typing a paper or something along those lines. Also looking at my stats on the PCSX2 site, I'm #22, how the hell am I 22? I played so ****ty too.

You can just wait until you see someone from the clan playing TF2. Then right-click and view the server they are playing on. If you see PCSX2 in the name, do "join the server" and play for a while.
Once you're finished, the server will be in your "history" tab (in TF2, when you look for servers).
After that, you can either rejoin the server this way, or right-click and Add to favorites to have it in your favorites tab.
