Importing BG1 party into BG2
I just finished Baldur's Gate and now I'm playing BG2, I wanted to know if I can import my whole party into BG2 or only the main character. I've tried importing them from my final save (BG1) but only my main character was imported and retaining only his basic stats =/

That's the way the game was set up, you can't bring in your party members simply because some time has passed and some things have taken place that might prevent some from being in your team. Also, BG2 has added some classes which changes some of the NPC classes as well. However, if you have done BG1 properly, you should have found some of these stat books that gave you a +1 to some primary stats, which should really help you out. The best thing you can do if you want to recreate the stats of the party members you use is to get a savegame editor. I don't know what it was called anymore, it's been a while since I last played it. Btw, I'm curious which party members you completed the first game with

I don't really recall Branwen, what kind of character was he? I played with Imoen, Minsc, Dynaheir, Boo and two others I don't remember. Minsc has to be one of my fav characters ever. "I missed?! I need a bigger sword!" You'll be in for some nice surprises if you haven't played the second game before. I played as a Dwarven Fighter/Cleric, which is an awesome combination. One of the best tanks ever. In case you play a Dwarf yourself, make sure you get one of the romancing patches to make sure you don't have to miss out on those.

Branwen was my best cleric, she was VERY helpful on the last battles ![]() I'm playing as a half-elf mage/thief (imported from BG1). EDIT: Haven't gotten used to playing in higher resolutions yet, I'm very tempted to playing it on 640x480 BG1 style
