Yep the first one did not have anyone named Cid. I believe all of them had Bahamut though.

I can see that mario 64 is a lot diferent from the others but still is very similar to Zelda 64, like the gameplay and other stuffs...Besides, u have to face all the bosses in order to get keys to pass to the next levels, and there goes....(I think i've heard of RPG games like this that u have to get keys to pass and face bosses, use different "caps" in order to enter in the sea or in the sky, collect stars...i consider a RPG game...but....well u think the way u want....I guess my point was to show everyone what i meant with that "Adventure RPG" option.......) And about this dating games.....I don't know them..but......I've "Thousand Arms" for PSX, and even if have dates in the middle of the game is still a game like Final fantasy's that u select what u'll do in a menu of options.....

No Cid in FF Legend. As they were originally Saga in Japan. I liked them even though they were not real FF's.

AFIK Bahamut, The Black Dragon, is in every FF on the Nintendo, SNES, and PSX. The Slimes appear in all the Dragon Warriors, the red and blue ones are basic easy monsters for you to build experience with. The Blue Slime takes you on a tour of Dragon Warrior VII on Enix's home page. There were even slimes in the game Torneko The Last Hope, which was a Dragon Warrior spin off.
Also the slimes are on GBC in the DWs for that system. Pretty prolific aren't they? Final Fantasy Adventure for GB is actually the first Secret of Manna. It deals w/the Manna tree and the Gemma Knigts, but it has a Chocobo in it as well. sincerely, sx/amiga |

It doesn't really matter how many FF series the Japanese have anyways, they made the thing! So it would be natural for them to have more than the US or any country for that matter. ^-^

I don't know if those two games where translated or not, so you I can't say that there is. However if someone who understands Japanese and can translate there might be a chance...? ^-^

There is a Cid in both of them. They were unofficially translated a long while ago. As for an official one, it doesn't look like that will ever happen.

And there we have it! I knew that there was never an official translation so for the most part. Cid is almost in every FF series. ^-^
