Sims Life Stories problem

Can somebody help me with this game? I managed to install it until it reached 2% and the installation stopped and saying that it already finished. So,i tried to run the game but a message appeared saying that the game has crashed....Anyone please help me...

Could be a problem with your DVD/CD go to the store and exchange it for a new one.

no,i dont think so as i managed to make an image out of the cd with alcohol and mount it with daemon tools. My friend's DVD was like that too,he tried to install it in his computer and the same thing happened... but,thanx in advance for trying to help

There's room for doubt, as he said he verified the quality of the CD/DVD because he was able to turn it into an ISO.

Here's a way off hunch.....
What's the free space of the HD where Windows is installed? If it's less than 10GB, make is 10GB or more. Might solve it, it solved my Longest Journey and Condemned installation problems.
