Is there a "moslo" type program for Windows?

I purchased Layer Section a.k.a Rayforce, and it works, but it runs too fast.
From what I understood, Moslo was primarily for DOS games, and this is a Windows 9X game, it was designed to run on a 166mhz system, not on a 900mhz PC...

Is there any program I can run to slow it down a bit?

Yeah, I bought a few "ancient" games lately...what can I say, I like "old" games...

Layer Section?

If it's the same version I have, you need to replace "SAPI.DLL"
On the CD, there should be more versions of this DLL, the one in the directory "sapi_nd" works fine for me.
If you don't have it, let me know and I'll attach the file.

hmm, yes, I'd normally recommend that, but this is a win9x game.

I happen to know a fix for this game specifically (see my earlier post)....

I also know more general fixes (and there are cpu slowdown programs for windows, I have to look the names up though), but I don't think they apply well for this particular game.

Tried the game, noticed it not working right, after trying several things that didn't work I started looking in the directories and then I noticed those DLL's on the CD (more specifically, the folder named "mtrx_s3"). I figured that it had something to do with the video and tried that one first, but it didn't work correctly. Then I tried the one in "sapi_nd" and it worked.

There was this site I found while looking for solutions. There should be a way to play other games with similar problems: http://www.geocities.com/kulhain/
