Resident Evil is So Slow In my PCSX2 WHY?!

I Have a Big Problem In pcsx2..!!Why i paly resident evil theres no problem in loading speed coz its fast...but if i entered in the game interface is so so slow like anytime you press a button theres a 1~3seconds Delay before it will work or show..!damn...is there anything that i can do to solve this problem???
