Why is It So Slow

How i can solve this BIG Problem..?While im playing resident evil 4 in pcsx2 the loading speed is fast but!the game speed is very slow..like pressing left arrow key to turn left but there will be a 1~3seconds delay before it will turn damn how i can resolve this problem!
