so please repair me if i'm wrong but from this what i read in IGN this year Microsoft will rewrite over 1000 X360 titles for Windows Vista only and also release several titles on both platforms simultaneously if this is true then my dreams come true.Hope my fav X360 games will be in this list

Somehow unless MS do some serious work on what will probably be ports of the 360 games I don't see this working out too well.

Look at the examples lead by Ubisoft and the PC ports of some of their 360 games. GRAW, R6 Vegas, Splinter Cell: DA, all excellent games made terrible on the PC. Incredibly buggy, badly performing even on high end systems and just overall messes of what are actually good games to play.

I hope it's just Ubisoft otherwise this could get bad!

dude don't be so confident about this u are maybe right but if microsoft is going to do this they are confident in their new OS security but in the end they are the creators of Vista and they can do whatever they want or they just love their gamers and Vista deserves this i mean with DX10 graphics Vista can manage X360's graphics.

Vista and 360 are already deep linked. Think of the media center extensions and stuff. That doesn't surprise me at all.

That is what they have been doing so I am not surprised at all. :P I know that there is a PSP emulator for PC (I actually have it but I don't have the SDK so I can only have it and not use it), and a PS3 emulator that you need to link up a bunch of PCs just to run it. :P The PS3 emulator was seen in E3 2005 anyways... no big news.

I see it like this, if you can afford a high end PC the PC version is the way to go however the Xbox360 is more for people who can't afford to buy a high end PC but still able to buy the games so Microsoft can profit from game sales for both the high and low income market.

I am just wondering if anyone is working on making a Vista bootloader for the PS3... It would be total pwnage for Microsoft if people could install Vista on their PS3s and play XBox360 games.
