The song is from the Anime series called, Ghost in the Shell Stand Alone Complex 2nd GIG and the name of the song is called Rise by Origa (also known as Ol'ga Vitalevna Yakovleva (Ольга Витальевна Яковлева), born October 12, 1970 in Novosibirsk, Soviet Union) is a Russian singer and vocalist.
