This is one of those weird Japanese games that we can never play since most of us don't understand or can read Japanese. Good thing about this game is that it has been translated and the Japanese voices are kept!

Could you find a Japanese RPG for PC like that...

Would be awesome a game with jap voices and english subs for PC.

Oops I meant to say that. It has English subtitles and the japanese voices are there and it's for the PC. There's a link there for the demo if you're interested.
