virtua fighter 4 evo slow as hell???

ive sorted out virtua fighter 4 evo on my pc.Its a ps2 game and it works smooth.It plays as if its in slow motion its not jerky so my pc CAN handle it but it jst runs so slow motion style

i really dont understand lol please help!
