pc game skin modifications for re

I own resident evil 2 and 3 for the pc and I want think it would be awesome if there was a mod or skin pack that could up the graphics. So do any of you know of a skin pack or mod? I'm looking for a way to improve the graphics of these two games. (if possible)

Theres no way to "improve" the graphics with a skin pack, the only way is to update drivers and get a faster graphics card[s]. And even then, it doesnt show that much. All a skin pack does is change the way some areas and models look.

Nope. The video card is used to higher the resolution in that game and nothing else. What he means as "skin pack" is a pack with improved textures that substitute the original ones and better character models with higher polygon count but that has not been made for those games.
