FF7 Limit Break Problem

Okay! So since my last post I've gotten pretty far in the game and now I'm just getting all of the characters' limit breaks. Now I've been working with Yuffie for quite some time and she has her level 3, second break but when I try to use her limit break manual the same ole 'Nope! I don't get it!' comes up every time. I've used her 3rd lvl, 2nd break about a million times but no matter how many times I try it doesn't work. I've already used Cloud's manual, Vincent's manual, Red XIII's manual, and Tifa's manual but Yuffie seems to be the only one that doesn't want to work! Can anyone help me?

So you already got her manual from Wutai, correct? And you are trying to get yuffie to learn it? If so, make sure that Yuffie has all of her other limit breaks learned, because every once in a while, you might skip one, and you can't teach your character his or her final limit unless they know all of their limits at each limit level. Yuffie has two for each level (1-3), and a final limit break.

That's what I'm saying. She's at her third level, 2nd limit break which is Doom of the Living and the next (and very last one) is All Creation but for some reason the game is refusing to let Yuffie accept her manual.

I'm not sure then...I've played through the game six times, and I've never had a problem like that, so I'm not sure what it could be. Sorry

Meh, just hack it. You deserve it anyways.
But... I guess that doesn't really get to the root of the problem.

Well that would be the glitch coming into play again. Once again I haven't had
this happen to me, but I know a few people who have, and by all reports they've
never found a way to fix the problem short of starting a new game. Basically
you just have to start all over or just keep playing without use of the level 4
limit for the character(s) that this happens to.

Although it never happened to me, I think your last hope is to make sure Yuffie has second limit breaks for all levels, not only the third one.
