GTA: Vice City Music to P.C

I would like to take to extract the music off my PS2 version of VC onto my computer. However, all the files are *.vb. Is there a program available that extracts and converts them? Any help would be appreciated!

I found out the program name for it on my first google search near the top of the list. Its called MFAudio and you can find it on this page. Next time please have a look around first because I found out the name and where to find it in a matter of minutes.
