True that you have various subquests as well as the expandtion pack but I bacame the leader of every faction in 2 days and finish all the main quests in the third

Dude, you make it sound like this game is very small. I'm playing it now with some plugins which also allows some kind of romance/relationship/companionship, and it really adds depth. To me the game looks huge because I'm being thrown in the deep. I like the freedom I have and I'm enjoying it by traveling where I want, take a look everywhere. Not playing the game, but experiencing it.

Just a quote that pops up when I think of this game:

Gotta love Morrowind!! I still live it (yeah, you don't play morrowind, you live it!) nowadays and all those plugins make a deep game even deeper and, above all things, FUN! =)

if all you're going to do is run from point A to point B with your tunnel vision goggles on, then yeah, it won't take you long to do stuff. but like these guys said, some players rather experience morrowind than just play it.
