I currently have FF7 installed (also have the PSX version), and I have a problem with the so-called FF7 patch that "changes" the PC sound to PSF files, so they won't suck as bad. I followed all of the instructions that came with the patch, and applied it to ffvii.exe. But guess what? It didn't do anything! I updated the ffvii.exe to version 1.02 and that didn't do anything, either. Backing up a bit, what this patch does is it switches the PC music with the PSFs as I mentioned previously. I swear that Ficedulla is missing instructions in his readme file.

Edit - If anyone knows how the crap I'm supposed to get this to work, please respond ASAP!

Check the forums there, plenty of people have had this problem (I was faced with it but decided it wasn't worth the effort of fixing).
