Lineage 2 Problems...

Some of u probably know my mobo died on me so i got a new video card+cpu+mobo...
Heres my specs
Athlon XP 2000+
512mb PC2100 DDR Ram
nVidia Geforce FX 5700 LE

ok...so im trying to run lineage 2 and when i run it the screen just keeps changing colors and cracks up...any one know what the problem is?
I have installed Motherboard drivers and the lastest nvidia drivers...and im still getting this problem...

EDIT=alright...i bought a geforce fx 5500 and it comes out as geforce fx 5700 le...something is really wrong here...and i can event watch videos cause the color is all weird and i cant play any games...
