HELP!! Prob with the game Dark Fall-Lights out

I installed the game and when i clicked on to play, it let me see the intro and the credits , then when i clicked on to new game button, it let me see the first page ( which only writes "1912") then gave me the following error message and closed the game.
"LIGHTSOUT caused an exception 10H in module QUICKTIME.QTS at 017f:04d60c37"
What is this message and what can i do?
My system is :
Pent.4 Celeron 1.7
256 MB DDR-RAM
64 MB GeForce 2 MX
60 GB Maxtor HDD
Q-Time version 2.1.2.59
Direct X 9.0

generic answer, but it looks like Quicktime is giving you the problem....did you try upgrading quicktime to the latest version?

İ did through the Q-Time auto-update, should i download the latest one instead?

after downloading the latest Q-time player prob. is still the same the message is:
