The Suffering [Please Help]

hi folks.

this is the situation:
I formated my hdd a few days ago and backed up the "Saves" directory of "The Suffering".After formating, installing windows xp pro, installing sp2, installing "The Suffering", applying the patch 1.1 for "The Suffering I placed the "Saves" directory in the Suffering directory.Started the game loaded last save state and everthing worked fine ... except that the info on the monsters and the info of the different places in (and arround) the prision that I collected during the game, are missing !

wtf ???!!! was all that information stored somewhere else (not in the "Saves" obviously) ?

Can someone help me ?!?!
