Who's the guy behind ? He reminds me of Eiji Kisaragi , but I'm not sure , plus I really want Eiji in

Now , Who's the guy on the far right aswell

Ok , who's the one behind Genjuro ? (Now that's Eiji , then who's the guy in the first pic !!? )

looking at the stage , I see the background are ships from ASO 2 and Last Resort. Maybe he's from Last Resort then...
he also looks a little like the Adelheid dude from kof2k3, but that would be a weird choice, wouldn't it?

Well , The stage doesn't require putting cameos from same world . For example Cool cool toon stage has Carol (From Savage riegn) and Bob Wilson (From Fatal Fury) .

And hey he really looks like Adelheid , at first I thought he was masked , but now I don't know really
