Failed to change memory protection

When I want to load Burnout2 into Xeon V1.0, I get an error.

Failed to change memory protection

What am I doing wrong? And what should I change?

This is my configuration.

AMD2600+
MSI MS-6570 - NForce2 Chipset
512MB 333
Radeon 9500 - Catalyst 4.8 - Direct3D

Have you ever thought of explaining your problem more in depth, and the right forum?
IIRC it's a PS2 game right? Don't you think it's not just a compatibility issue?

Xeon is an Xbox emulator, there's a specific forum for that one
