Adaptec 1410 GameBridge! Play Console Games and Watch TV on Your Computer http://shop3.outpost.com/%7BpqYPaPfA...H:MAIN_RSLT_PG -$24.99 I bought one week ago. TV to my laptop is really good for the price. It also lets you record videogame gameplay and play videos on your Monitor. Oh and record tv shows to mpeg 1 via its software. I only tried the tv part and like the results. I have yet to play my consoles on my computer screen or record them either. Price is right so go check it out.

Electronics Boutique clearing out Taito Legends *PC* I found it on sale for $5, I bought a copy for a college buddy. I paid *when it was released* $20 for my copy, but Fritz' copy was only $5. Granted it was a bit early for Christmas shopping, but there were only two copies and I didn't think they'd last. Bubble Bobble emulation isn't perfect but, for $5, 28 games is a great bargain. I also got the Tecmo pack for the XBOX for $5 *oddly enough Electronic Boutiques sells it for $9.99 used? WTF?* Do it for Nicola, didn't he do this version?

The image quality is somewhat average when recording tv shows. Picture was grainy. If you really want a good product to preserve videos from old VHS tapes then look else where. Oh yeah it only lets you record to mpeg2 so that might be a problem. The price is hard to beat if you compare it to anything else and want tv on your laptop. I'm happy with it because I knew it would have flaws for the price i bought it for. Quote:

Today is the first time I put it to the test after having it for about 2 months and doing absolutlely nothing with it in that time. My brother had a recital last night and I wanted to convert the tape to digital to see how my Gamebridge worked out. It worked out great and the quality is really good imo. I highly recommend it for the price and quality. My dad also wanted me to transfer all of our old camcorder tapes to regular VHS tapes but since the Gamebridge worked out so well, I think I'll convert them all to DVD instead. Even if it isn't the best thing out on the market, it's still better than tape to tape transfers since that makes you lose video quality everytime you transfer to new tapes. Plus now I have something to preserve my old tapes and home movies digitally with good quality. Kind of a late response but I really appreciate that you even suggested it in the first place or else I wouldn't have found out about it. It was exactly what I needed. Thanks again INCA.

What Canadian place sells cheap Dreamcast stuff, including the system, an RF adapter, Jet Grind Radio, Power Stone 2, a controller, and just a regular memory card?
