Here's one for you Cid, being sega/dc fan and all:

At Bart Smit stores Sonic Adventure DX and Sonic Heroes are both being sold for 10 euros each. SonicDX can be tricky to get running right though (highly depending on the sound card drivers) but Sonic Heroes is probably the best port Sega ever did.

I don't know if someone has already mention this but Hidden & Dangerous 1 is now freeware. A Deluxe edition can be downloaded on the editor's website which includes the expansion pack and the latest patches.

A very good game with a great solo campaign. There's a multiplayer mode available, but I didn't try it yet!

Anarchy Online is a pretty neat sci-fi MMORPG, It's also free (the original game, expension(s) accounts are payed for). A friend recommanded it so i thought id give it a shot. Anyone else playing?

I played that game years ago and it looked sweet on my computer back then, too bad I couldn't get past the first bridge because of the bugs. Sometimes I would just fall through the ground and end up dead >_<

Play.com have a few offers on.

F.E.A.R. - £9.99

Doom III - £7.99

Quake IV - £12.99

If you live in the UK and haven't played those games yet, at that price (which includes P&P) you really have no excuse.

Thanks for the info.
I've been wanting to get both games. GoW always had that $49.99 price tag that I despised. Glad the Greatest Hits version is out.

I was shopping at WalMart and saw Tekken 5 for $19.99. Supposably you can get Tekken 1-3 included, although I couldn't find them when I rented the game, maybe they have to be unlocked or were on a second DVD...I dunno...

Grand Theft Auto San Andreas is $19.99 as well...

XboX owners, rejoice!!

From The Inquirer (I posted this info some time ago but wasnt that visible):

Quote:
Microsoft releases cheap Xbox games

Here they are pop pickers

THE SOFTWARE giant known as Microsoft has slashed the prices of some of its top rated re-released games from $20 to $9.99.

Volish spinners are calling the cut price games The Best of Platinum Hits program and included amongst them are classics such as Counter-Strike, The Elder Scrolls III: Morrowind, MechAssault, Project Gotham Racing 2, Soul Calibur II, Tom Clancy's Splinter Cell and its sequel, Pandora Tomorrow, and Tony Hawk's Pro Skater 4, Underground, Enter the Matrix, Fuzion Frenzy, Shrek 2, Tom Clancy's Ghost Recon, Rainbow Six 3, and True Crime: Streets of LA.

It is the first time that consoles have had a range of discounted games below $19.99 and the question is what is the Vole up too?

One suggestion is that Vole has been getting a few complaints from retailers that there is a lot of idle stock hanging around on their shelves and they need more room for 360 games when they come available. Another idea is that Vole has a lot of stock sitting around since the 360 came out and needs the room in its warehouse.

More info here:
http://news.teamxbox.com/xbox/10371/...Games-for-999/

The roster of titles participating in the first wave of the Best of Platinum Hits Program includes:
* Elder Scrolls III: Morrowind
* Enter the Matrix
* Fuzion Frenzy
* Project Gotham Racing 2
* Shrek 2
* Soul Calibur II
* Tom Clancy's Ghost Recon
* Tom Clancy's Ghost Recon: Island Thunder
* Tom Clancy's Rainbow Six 3
* Tom Clancy's Splinter Cell Pandora Tomorrow
* Tom Clancy's Splinter Cell
* Tony Hawk's Underground
* Tony Hawk's Pro Skater 4
* True Crimes: Streets of LA
* MechAssault
* Counterstrike

Hope you like the idea!!
