is it just me or is this the worse rts ever released? crapy controls slow game pace and the only way the computer wins is becuase it can hord you with units. Its got great graphics and a good story line but the game play is bad. This is by far the worse RTS Iv ever played. It feels rushed/beta like. Anyone else have anything to say about this game?

its a different game. not the usuall build-and-attack. so get used to it. once you know how to combine firepower and how to move on, it is great fun.

well it's not a normal rts first of all
but the game doesn't get high scores in reviews, it's just like the first one, not better and I think a bit worse as I remember...
didn't get it because of the reviews I've read

Its not that differnt. really, the only differnce I see is you dont build buildings or units. You order units and the buildings are already there. I think its silly to have to "control" a landing site to land there. Not very logical. If i want to drop my units there then hey just cuase i dont control it I cant? Silly.... also if I have 100 units around a drop zone and they bring in 5 units and the battle last more the 30 secs I lose control of the landing zone for like 2 mins. Just doesnt make any good scence to me. Iv gotten to the 5th level on NSA and just up right quit cuase of these facts :P I meen how can u have a flying unit and cant shoot another flying unit? thats just dumb.

you see? you can't even finish the game and complain about the tactics. i'm sure you're bad in it if you can't figure out yourself, go and look for some tactics online. once you figured it out how the whole thing works correctly, how the units should be combined, and some other strategies, its real fun i assure you. ciao.

i played the first one and had a blast. sure its not a build up all your base and units and go maul your opponents, thats what makes it unique. I personally loved the first one and the 2nd one i heard was much better (dunno where you get your reviews from blehz0r)

yeah, the first one was cool. and this one is even cooler. fun gameplay, even if a bit complicated at first, and really nice graphics (what a zooming).. really nice.
don't understand either where he got those mentioned reviews. all reviews i've found - private and official, ALL of them give at least 80% out of 100%, or even more. just an example: http://www.gamefaqs.com/computer/dos...iew/36025.html
but whatever. don't like it - don't play it. thats is my theory

seriously, it must be so. how many rts you've played? good rts must have this sort of thing.. small example: guardians in starcraft. and yes, starcraft is still the best rts out there.

iv played most rts games including starcraft. GC2 is still the worse rts Iv ever played. The interface is just bad. I finshed 1 of the races just to give it a chance and in the end I felt like I wasted my time. PS I bought it so not playing it would be a waste of money.

oh yeah? which race? "one of the race"?
and i told you, dont like it - dont play it. but you didnt listen to me and have played and now you complain about waste of your time. so whos fault is it? aye, right. yours. i warned you, if you don't like something but don't leave it, its either waste of money or waste of time. and this rule is not only for games
my final conclusion is: this game is too complicated for you. so go play some c&c or something..

ps: your other worst games would be FF, GTA and so on, i guess
