if you didn't already know this your not very bright...and its only the dumb computer game players that dont realize they are sitting around a computer with 3 bags of potato chips and a 2 liter bottle of coke and wondering why they just sat down in their chair and it broke...

Is it just me, or does this study seem like a complete waste of time? Eat lots + lack of physical activity (due to game playing/TV watching/computer use/etc) = fat. Simple as that.... if you need to be told that, then hey, you deserved it

I'd throw some genetics in there too. I know some incredibly lazy people who eat a lot (of junk, mind you) and aren't fat at all. Obviously though, sitting around every day all day isn't going to do you much good. Remember, exercise can be fun! :sex:
