Problem with Colin McRae 3 PC...help please. :(

I got CMR3 recently, along with an Ati Radeon 9200. I am using the Catalyst 4.2 drivers, and I cannot play the game. The moment I go into the game, several seconds after the level starts, the game freezes...and I have to reboot.

Can anyone tell me why it does this, and what posible solutions there are? All help appreciated.

Try the latest patch for CMR3. I had that problem also, which was fixed by the patch. Good luck~

Well, this is quite a mute point now, seeing how CMR4 and 5 is out, but it worked. The patch and recent drivers i.e Catalyst 4.6/4.7 fixed the problem just fine.....posted just incase someone else searches for a fix, and they find this.
