The Legend of Dragoon - HELP!

I need some help with a little problem.

I got past the worm in the cave, and went to the castle to talk to the king. After visiting the knights home, I left and went to hoax... but nothing happened so I decided to head back to seles. Now that I went back there, all I can only go so far.. (see screenshot) What do I do from here? Im lost!

Yes, gamefaqs was no help at all, and the road out of seles is blocked.

Hoax?is it the fort?have u talk to the woman?and then talk to the guy named Sazer?somthing like that...

there will be a war meeting
you go to balcony with Shana
back to king
go to lavitz home
after some events
go to hoax
talk to the head knight
