I think this game is only playable on an ilegal version of Kawaks, the same one that plays KoF 2002... on the normal version the games aren't on the game list.

yes it was "winkawaks 1.46p" and it run also , kof2001 , mslug 4 . matrimelee , rage of the dragons and kof2002 .
while kof 2003 is emulated using another illegal version of winkawaks
