Can you be more specific? It has been long ago that i played FF7 so i'm not sure of which two guys are you speaking of. Are they Reno and Rude in Gongaga Village?

at gongaga !? u mean Reno and Rude ? yes , i know that just focus on one of them with 2 members of ur parties keep attacking 1 of them use ur third member to cure the rest of the party (using cure all) then just finish 1 by 1 i first played them when i was about at level 25 or so . maybe u r low on levels (no offence) if u want to level up more at this point , just return to junon and go under the cannon (where u find the underwater elevator) here u'll get tough enemies , just be carefull they r tough at that point (use summons alot) good luck

Just: 1. Beat the hell out of one and the other one after that. 2. Try reflect or something like that.

One of the easiest ways to beat all the encounters with the Turks is to use hyper on all your party members... they attack fairly regularly and do good damage, so you'll be getting limit breaks almost constantly. If you have Aeris in your party her limit will keep you healed most of the time too, without having to worry about MP or taking turns to cast heal spells.
