anyone got planescape torment?

ive heard that this game rules but.. i am unable to secure a copy. the interplay website sez its outta print and they no longer sell or support the game. ive checked on ebay and have been unable to find a source there either.. this game is out of print and is no longer supporting meaning it no longer falls under copy right laws right? well anyways i was wondering if anyone would be willing to upload isos to my ftp?
